1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. What Club 36 provides

Club 36 is a private members’ club for entertainment. Games involve risk of loss and are not a way to earn money, income, or investment returns. ENTokens are in-app credits for play within the club and carry no cash value or yield outside it. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice, or an offer of any security or financial product. You must be of legal age to play. Please play responsibly.

3. Eligibility

The Site links to third-party resources (for example, the SEC, CFPB, FINRA, FDIC, and problem-gambling helplines) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
