Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern use of the ENTEREST public education website.
Last updated:
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the public ENTEREST website and its educational content (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to the public education surface only; the gated ENTEREST product (wallet, investing, and games) is governed by separate member agreements and disclosures presented at sign-up.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What ENTEREST provides
The Site offers financial-education content for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a recommendation, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial product.
Educational content is not tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found here.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping at a rate that degrades service, introducing malicious code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Site, its users, or third parties.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the ENTEREST name and marks, and the arrangement of all of the foregoing — are owned by ENTEREST or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the content for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and resources
The Site links to third-party resources (for example, the SEC, CFPB, FINRA, FDIC, and problem-gambling helplines) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.
7. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.
8. Responsible gaming
Where the Site references games, it does so for education and harm reduction. Gambling involves risk of loss and is not a way to make money. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, confidential help is available 24/7 — see the resources in our footer and on the Responsible Play page. These resources are independent of ENTEREST.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENTEREST and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on its content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENTEREST and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date below reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
